Intech's Network Solutions provides solutions that spread across a wide range of industries.  These solutions are customized to address your specific needs.  Below you will find some of many solutions that Intech's Network Solutions can bring to your organization:

Multi-Service Routing/Switching Routing Multilayer Switching
Network Security Solutions Client/Server Management Solutions On-Site Consultant Services

This service consists of the planning, architecture, installation and implementation of complex Local and Wide Area Networks (LANs, WANs) using devices capable of communicating voice, data and video traffic using the same transmission media or line.  Some examples of current available protocols or technologies used to transport such traffic are:  ATM, Frame Relay, PPP and TCP/IP among others.  This service includes configuration to interfaces that will be connected to the LAN (Local Area Network), the PBX for voice, to the video hardware device and the synchronous/asynchronous line to the remote site.

This service consists of the planning, architecture, installation and implementation of WANs using multi-protocol devices capable of routing data traffic at OSI model’s layer 3.  Examples of routed protocols are:  TCP/IP, IPX/SPX, OSI and AppleTalk.  The service includes provisioning for encapsulation of non-routable protocol over routable protocols, filtering, bridging, prioritization, multicasting and Data Link Switching among others using routing protocols such as RIP, OSPF, BGP etc.  Configuration also includes interfaces to be connected to the LAN, the synchronous/asynchronous WAN line and other synchronous/ asynchronous devices requiring communication.

This service incorporates a full time consultant or consultants in the client’s location with full back up of Intech’s Senior Consultants tools, proficiency and methodologies.  The consultant’s tasks may well include all of the services discussed above, and could be used for any length of time.

Platform Migration Solutions Network Monitoring Maintenance
  • Network Health Check — consists of using several network analysis and management tools to produce a document containing recommendations backed up with graphical and statistical data. The client will have an understanding of what is causing performance problems in the network or, if no problems are identified, a strategy for proactive network planning will be provided.

  • Network IP Planning — the creation of a document which contains the IP addresses, procedures, and planning customized for the client for an improved network and application performance.

  • Network Documentation — often offered along with the Network Health Check, this service comprises a document with physical and logical detailed diagrams of the existing network.

  • Network Management Services — consist of consulting, installation, and implementation services of Network Management Software, which goes from vendor specific software such as Optivity for Nortel Networks and CiscoWorks for Cisco, to multi-vendor Network and Application Analysis platforms like Vital Suite from Lucent.

  • Network Capacity Planning — a more specific problem approach than the Network Health Check service, this service answers common questions like: How will my network perform if I move 50 PCs from this segment to the other? Do I have enough bandwidth in my WAN link to provide for 200 more remote users accessing my local application? Does my server provide for 25 more connections?

This service consist Visual in incorporate WAN performance management solution, integrates expert monitoring capabilities with access equipment to fully automate the collection and interpretation and presentation of performance management data. A series of intuitive applications provide detailed remote real-time troubleshooting, performance monitoring, service level validation, and performance reporting for IP, frame relay, ATM, and private line connections. Also provide in-depth traffic capture and protocol analysis across the entire wide area network.
By continuously measuring second-by-second usage levels for every monitored port and virtual circuit, Intech can make informed recommendations on bandwidth allocation by specific location with its detailed picture of circuit performance. This enables network managers to create overview reports of the most- and least-utilized circuits across the network, then allocate bandwidth as appropriate -- providing sufficient bandwidth to ensure mission-critical applications get through, without over-provisioning bandwidth and exceeding WAN budgets.
Intech provides maintenance 24 hours a day, 365 days a year on all of the client’s network equipment to ensure customer satisfaction and to maintain the added value to their business.
