two-week strategy workshop with key client resources and Intech's CRM staff.
The objective of this off-site workshop is to define and develop a solid
business strategy. The result outlines recommendations of the best way to
implement a CRM strategy that benefits the company and its customers. An
alternative to the workshop is on-site consulting services in which an
assessment readiness takes place and opportunities and requirements are
identified.

Intech's CRM Practice provides both services and products to implement
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) functionality for medium to large
businesses in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean Basin region. We are especially
focused on providing strategy development through consulting or strategy
workshops, integrations of Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Computer
Telephony Integration (CTI), and its accompanying network systems and
services. These systems integrate with other systems or with minicomputer
server-based systems. Our services include design and implementation of IVR
and CTI functionality, the integration of IVR/CTI systems with the
customer's existing telephony network, training, and support.
The CRM Practice offers Professional Services, software, and hardware
related to CRM implementations.
Consulting Services - Project consulting offers a client company a
way to benefit from our expertise to address specific problems related to
customer relationship, as we develop and execute plans, and implement
specific hardware and software offerings. This includes, from management and
business support services, to overall strategy, assessment, and change
management services.
Hardware offerings include a full line of Nortel Network's
telephony-related equipment (including Periphonics hardware).
Software offerings include Nortel Networks' suite of CTI
applications, such as Symposium CTI, Clarify and Periphonics IVR. In
addition we offer other software solutions using Microsiga's CRM
functionality.
