Integration
Technologies Corp. (Intech) is an
information technology (IT) integration
and consulting firm that designs,
implements, and maintains networks,
systems, and business applications.
Intech is the third-largest IT
professional services company on the
island and is listed as one of the top
400 locally owned companies. The company
celebrated its 11th anniversary on Sept.
21 at its new headquarters in the
Bechara sector.
“Over the past years our substantial
growth has been due mainly to our
focusing on IT consulting and
integration, our providing the highest
quality services, and our achieving
total customer satisfaction,” said
Intech President Henry Gordillo. “We are
proud of our development and
accomplishments. Yet we feel the best
measure of our success has been our
excellent customer satisfaction and
retention”.
Intech is in an ideal position to
respond to today’s trends towards the
integration of telephony in data and
voice convergence. “This gives us a
definite competitive advantage,” said
Gordillo. “We are one of the few
companies capable of offering a wide
array of infrastructure development to
include voice systems hand-in-hand with
applications consulting.” This gives the
company a very favorable outlook for
2004.
Intech has also turned the establishment
of call centers for customers requiring
voice and data networking into another
area of solid growth. “All this has been
possible because we have structured our
organization to meet the driving forces
in the market, namely infrastructure
development and applications solutions,”
said Gordillo.
The company is made up of two divisions:
the business infrastructure group (BIG),
which focuses on all aspects pertaining
to systems development, and the business
solutions group (BSG), which focuses on
consulting and applications. “In
addition, we have a customer
relationship management (CRM) system
tasked with promoting and maintaining
better relationships and interaction
between all our service areas and our
customers’ applications, including
Internet and Intranet portals,” Gordillo
said.
“Our goal is to be the leading firm in
providing all tools for customer success
and satisfaction by maintaining a
world-class service group,” said
Gordillo. This commitment is evident in
the new facilities, which incorporate
important areas such as labs for
customer demos, post-sales facilities to
allow customers hand-on exposure to new
technologies, a briefing center with a
multimedia room, a call center, and a
help desk for customers’ use.
“Recently, we implemented an online,
self-help desk on our website for
customers to access and generate their
own service ticket,” said Gordillo.
“This way, they can follow up on the
progress of any service or upgrade
request and explore other alternatives
to meet their needs. From Day One,
customer satisfaction, backed by
