With more than 60 consultants and specialized IT professionals in a number of areas Integration Technologies Corp. (Intech) serves a wide client base that covers the Caribbean, as well as South and Central America. “No other name could better represent what we do,” said Gustavo Santini, business unit manager for Intech’s Enterprise Systems division. “We can integrate all areas of a corporation and will go as far as any client is prepared to go”.
Because the market offers so many possibilities in terms of outsourcing, process improvement, and enterprise solutions his firm gathered the expertise to come from the right combination to meet a client’s current and future IT needs. “Our approach is to define the processes, do the whole job of improving them, then work with the client to get their own people involved”.
Santini said that Intech also provides IT experts who will go into a company and take over the entire management information systems (MIS) operation. “A lot of people are outsourcing their MIS functions these days,” he said. “Right now we have MIS (professionals) managing IT centers for several clients.”
While Intech is currently made up of two main divisions - the Business Infrastructure Group and the Business Solutions Group- it is the latter that the focused on the areas of consulting, e-solutions, customer relationship management (CRM), and enterprise solutions.
“Many companies are implementing ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems right now,” said Santini. Specializing in Great Plains systems, Intech is able to bring together all financial aspects of an organization, including it’s management and operational processes, and integrated data from various departments to make it available to the entire company. On the customer relationship management side, Intech’s CRM solutions are focused on improving a company’s customer service and telemarketing functions while reducing costs.
To enhance effectiveness of it’s ERP ad CRM solutions, Intech also provides a number of business intelligence solutions that enable companies to integrate company and supply chain data. This in turn provides access to information that allows for quick strategic decisions based on the business landscape. Intech is currently doing major consulting work for large retail chains throughout the island, a number of government agencies, and the Urban Train.
