Is your current manual process costing you delays in customer service, frequent errors, and constant misplacement of information?

   Founded as a network product provider and integrator, we soon became competitive and innovative. We started partnering with international firms, with whom soon we positioned as the main provider in the region. Two years later, recognizing the importance of venturing into other areas, we started adding new services and products to our offerings. In 1997 Intech becomes the first organization to provide comprehensive network maintenance and support services by signing the first Partner Premier Contract in the Caribbean with Bay Networks (actual Nortel Networks). Already with training and knowledge management practices, and with highly prepared personnel in 1997, we changed drastically from product focused to service focused. The same year we became the leader in providing enterprise internet connectivity. While a new office was opening in Peru, network and system consulting, design, implementation and support capabilities were flourishing. In 1998 Intech became what it is today, a revolutionary hybrid organization with two separate lines of businesses: Business Solution Group and Business Infrastructure Group and Services, with seven different practices to suit the needs of any size of business, in any industry.
